  • Refund Policy
    At MonitorEDU, we strive to provide a reliable and fair testing experience for every candidate. Please review our refund policy carefully before submitting a refund request.

    1. Connecting with a Proctor
    Once a candidate connects on video with a proctor, the session is considered attempted, and refunds are not available.

    2. Missed or Expired Appointments
    If a candidate is unable to attend their scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, the session will be marked as missed and no refund will be issued.

    If the exam window has closed (for example, the institution’s testing period has expired) and the candidate was unable to test, no refund will be issued. However, if an extension is granted by the institution, your payment remains valid and can be used to complete the exam within the new timeframe.

    3. Cancellations
    Candidates may request a refund before the scheduled exam date or, for open-ended exams with no set date, within 90 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible for a refund.

    4. Technical Issues and Exceptions
    If an exam cannot be completed due to circumstances outside the control of both the candidate and MonitorEDU (for example, a confirmed third-party outage or institutional system error), we will evaluate the situation and determine whether a refund or no-charge retake is appropriate.

    5. Fraudulent Claims
    Any attempt to falsely dispute charges for completed or proctored sessions may be reported to the client institution or appropriate governing body.
